Rushlake Green – Little St Mary

Rushlake Green is one of the two main villages in the parish of Warbleton and its church was rebuilt between 1963 and 1966 to a design by D Clarke of J D Clarke and Son (ICBS).  The form of its predecessor is not known.  Presumably the unusual dedication was intended to differentiate it from Warbleton church, which is also dedicated to St Mary.

The church is no longer used as such, but is now a community centre.
